Ocprop is a Perl script (also available as a Windows program) that you can use to upload Geocaching data to the Opencaching.de website. Usually, this data has been prepared by Geolog.
Ocprop tries to identify OC caches that correspond to GC caches and uploads your found and DNF logs for these caches. It also uploads your cache descriptions to Opencaching. According to the mode that has been selected, this happens only once for each cache, everytime new data in the Geolog database is found, one is asked when new data is found, or only if an explicit re-upload is required.
Since version 2.0, Ocprop also downloads OC-only listing and logs and integrates them into the Geolog database.
